Dennis Arnow
Creating novel supply chain strategies for the largest names in deep tech

Dennis Arnow is a seasoned operations executive who brings a sharp technical mind and practical leadership perspective to business problems.
As a newly hired college grad working in Intel’s fabs, Dennis conceived and implemented new production dispatch rules that resulted in greater output and which were subsequently made standard across the company. Later, as VP of Supply Chain at Logitech he improved on time delivery 15% and increased gross margin 1%. He made similar improvements at two other public companies.
Dennis has been involved in creating and implementing novel supply chain strategies for difficult to source items, from “what if” to contract.
“What I learned as an engineer is that you can take almost any problem, even if it seems unsolvable at first, and break it into small enough pieces that you can solve some of those pieces.”
Dennis earned BS, MS and MBA degrees from MIT.
Fred Huang
Leader of manufacturing infrastructure programs at Tesla, Plenty & Rivian

Fred Huang has led pivotal manufacturing infrastructure programs at multiple startups resulting in their transition from prototype/low volume to high volume production. Most recently at Rivian, he was the program lead for Rivian’s $1.6B Normal Illinois factory and led pre-planning for Rivian’s $5B Georgia factory. Before Rivian, he was at Plenty, where he led the scale-up program that resulted in Plenty’s first production farm. He first discovered his passion for developing manufacturing infrastructure as a product at Tesla, where he led several manufacturing programs culminating in the Tesla Model 3 Fremont General Assembly factory. Fred holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University.
Nathaniel Ezolino

Nathaniel Ezolino has experience in product development and digitization, working to sharpen product offerings at various Fortune 500 companies and an employee wellness startup. Before joining MIT Sloan to get his MBA, he wrapped up a project at Accenture where he helped a leading engine manufacturer to digitize and streamline its repair shops nationwide. He has worked with companies across industries to develop smart products that connect the consumer journey back to operations and the supply chain. He has consistently worked to deploy innovative technologies such as blockchain, IoT, VR, and predictive algorithms. Nathaniel received his degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
Stefano Ezelino
Driving Scalable Growth Through Strategic Planning & Execution

Stefano Ezelino is a strategic operations leader with extensive experience in business operations, supply chain planning, and scaling technology-driven businesses. He has held senior leadership roles at SpaceX and Tesla, where he led strategic planning, S&OP processes, and customer delivery fulfillment across multiple markets. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant at BCG, advising Fortune 500 companies on supply chain strategy, automation, and operational efficiencies. Stefano holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, where he focused on automation in manufacturing systems. With a deep understanding of business strategy, global logistics, and cross-functional leadership, he is passionate about driving innovation and operational excellence in high-growth, technology-driven industries.
Jane Bai
MIT M.S. Candidate in Mechanical Engineering & Advanced Manufacturing

Jane Bai has experience across the financial, energy, and advanced manufacturing sectors and bridges them to drive progress toward a more sustainable future. At MIT, her research focuses on process automation and AI/ML integration in collaboration with companies such as Autodesk and ADI. She has contributed to asset management, product deployment, and operations strategy in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings, with a focus on building cross-functional technology infrastructure. Jane earned her B.S and is currently pursuing her M.S in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from MIT.
